I recently stayed at the Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel with my family for two nights and wanted to share my feedback on our experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Although we did not dine in the restaurant, we ordered food for in-room dining, and it was very good. A special mention goes to the breakfast manager, who was very kind and offered us some dessert on our last day, which we greatly appreciated.

Budget traveller, I spent my last night in India in a fancy hotel. Was a bit dubious, sometimes it's the same service with a bigger bill but here it was really nice. Helpful people, cleanness, hot water really hot, strong WiFi, every bulb working... I enjoyed the gym and the freezing pool on the roof

Breakfast was SUPERB! Staff were extremely attentive and selection was amazing and also varied from day to day. Other hotel staff were also well trained and professional. Room sizes & location are great! Bathrooms we awesome and 5-star esp as this property is somewhat older and more new competition has sprung up on Ahmedabad in the last few years.

Excellent supportive staff,Very good breakfast choices, good buffet restaurant, and generally good welcoming atmosphere all around. The General Manager Mr Rohit Dasgupta was very helpful. My room was upgraded to club class. My sincere thanks to Ramesh and Rishika at the front desk for their help and advice on how to deal with telecommunication , domestic flight cancellation issues external to the hotel.All in all we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We made our booking almost a year in advance and I was worried that given the sudden demand, due to the PSM Shatabdi Festival, the hotel might increase their rates. However, the Hotel stayed true to its Marriot reputation and honored the rates and offerings irrespective of the unusual demand. We, a group of 11, had an extended stay of 16 nights throughout which we remained comfortable and satisfied. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was exceptional in that they made every effort to accommodate our many requests. They were always helpful and friendly. A special note to the chefs: the breakfast spread was excellent for our specific dietary requirements (no egg, vegetarian, no onion, and no garlic). The location was good for our purpose which was to attend the PSM Shatabdi celebrations. It was also central enough in that we were 15 minutes away from major malls and restaurants. Transportation was available with Ubers etc. The design and decor is modern. The Executive rooms were spacious and the best from the rooms allotted to us. Lovely well maintained hotel and staff were very accommodating and eager to please. Food was good in the restaurant. Lot of choice. The new roof top restaurant was amazing with the pods and the singer on the opening night was excellent! Enjoyed our stay a lot
